Meet the Team

My name is Bree, and I’ve been working as a Registered Dental Hygienist for Pratt Family Dental since 2012. I joined the practice right out of college after graduating from the dental hygiene program at Johnson County Community College. I have enjoyed serving the Pratt community for the past 10+ years and have developed wonderful relationships with many patients along the way. I strive to provide gentle and thorough dental care for my patients and hope to help educate them to achieve optimal oral health. I met my husband, Brandon, in the dental office, and we keep busy outside of work with our 3 boys, Jaxton, Eli and Kaden. We look forward to putting our roots down in Pratt and raising our boys in such a wonderful community.

I have been working for Pratt Family Dental as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2017. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Kansas State University in 2010 and continued my education in Dental Hygiene at MATC, graduating in 2012. Along with my Dental Hygiene degree, I am also certified to administer local anesthetic and nitrous oxide sedation. I have been working in Dental Hygiene for 10+ years now. I grew up in Hoisington, KS, and currently live in Great Bend with my husband, Greg, and step-daughter, Cameron. In our free time, we enjoy spending time with family and our Labrador, Layla. We enjoy the outdoors, going camping, and traveling.

Hi, my name is Tianna Chartier. I am very excited to be a part of the team as a Registered Dental Hygienist at Pratt Family Dental. Currently, I am working three days a week. Before my dental hygiene career I worked with Dr. Hopkins as an assistant. I received a Bachelor’s degree from Fort Hays University, with an emphasis in chemistry. My education continued with dental hygiene school at Colby Community College, which is sanctioned through Northcentral Technical College. I had wonderful instructors and have been practicing under great private practice dentists since 2014. I enjoy learning about my patients and helping create healthy, beautiful smiles. My life stays busy out of the office with my husband, who ranches, and our three growing boys. Ranching, rodeoing, and fishing are some of our favorite things to do!

My name is Monica, and I have been a dental hygienist at Pratt Family Dental since June of 2023. I was a dental assistant for three years working with Dr. Kunz before continuing my education and graduating from Wichita State University with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. I enjoy building a trusting relationship with my patients and strive to help patients achieve optimal oral health. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Cesar, and our two daughters. Whether its spending time outside, cleaning the house, or even just watching tv together, family time is important to me. 

I am happy to have joined the Pratt family Dental team in January of 2021. I received my certified dental assisting degree from SATC and worked as an assistant for a year, I fell in love with the dental field and decided to continue my education. In 2010 I graduated from FHTC receiving an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. I have been working as a full time dental hygienist ever since. I enjoy meeting and educating patients on the benefits of good oral hygiene and helping them reach optimal oral health. I strive to help each patient feel that a visit to the dentist can be a positive experience! Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my daughter Bristol and husband Ross on our family farm.

My name is Megan, and I started out at Pratt family Dental in 2017 as a dental assistant before transitioning to a lab tech in 2018. As a lab technician I specialize in dentures, crowns, bridges, and night guards. My husband Tyler and I have two beautiful children, Leddy and Bow. In our free time, we enjoy hunting, camping, riding horses, and the great outdoors! I am excited for the future of Pratt Family Dental and all the opportunities we will soon bring to you! 

My name is Haylie, and I joined the Pratt Family Dental team in 2017 and have enjoyed being part of this dedicated group ever since.

I am certified in nitrous oxide sedation and have a particular interest in the surgical side of dentistry, including extractions, grafting, and implants. Outside of work, I take great pleasure in cheering on my daughter, Nicole, in all her activities. I also enjoy playing co-ed softball, taking walks, relaxing with a good book and hanging out with my two dogs, Jet and Hank. Working at Pratt Family Dental has provided me with a fulfilling work environment that allows me to balance my career with spending quality time with those I care about.

My name is Kristen, and I am a proud graduate of the Wichita State Technical Dental Assisting Program, Class of 2015. I began my career in Wichita, where I worked for two years before joining Pratt Family Dental in August 2018. My passion for dentistry lies in full mouth cases, whether it involves cosmetic procedures, extractions or dentures. Outside of work, I cherish time with my son, Gabriel, and our dog, Rex. We enjoy spending our summers at the lake and skiing in the winter, as well as taking evening walks together. Gabriel keeps me busy with his enthusiasm for sports, including football, wrestling, basketball and baseball. I take great pleasure in getting to know my patients and am excited to continue building lasting relationships in the years to come.

My name is Megan and I’m from Douglas, KS. I’m a proud wife to Garrett and Mom to our two girls, Avery and Dakota, who keep life full of joy and adventure.

After spending 9 years as a Medical Assistant, I joined the Pratt Family Dental team in June 2025, excited to bring my experience and passion for patient care into a new chapter.

When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find my family and I out on a walk or at the park, enjoying the little moments that make our time together so special.

I’m excited for my future with Pratt Family Dental and to further my education in the dental field.

My name is Mayce and I’m from Macksville, KS. I’ve always had a passion for staying active and pushing myself to grow.

I competed in javelin at Kansas Wesleyan University, an experience that shaped my work ethic and love for athletics.

I joined Pratt Family Dental in August 2025 and am now channeling that same dedication into my journey toward becoming a Dental Hygienist. I’m driven, focused and excited to build a career where I can help others feel confident and cared for.

My name is Bailey, and I have been a receptionist at Pratt Family Dental since 2018. My fiancé, Robby and I are proud parents to two sons: Rhett & Brex. We also have a dog named Kash. As a family, we enjoy fishing, golfing, and spending quality time outdoors with our friends and loved ones. I look forward to warmly welcoming all our patients at Pratt Family Dental.

I have been a receptionist at Pratt Family Dental since February of 2022. I have lived in Pratt most of my life. My husband Ben and I have been married for about 6 years and together for over 8 years. I enjoy spending time with my siblings Emma, Breanne, and Michael. My twin, Emma, and I are best friends and have been since birth. Emma, Michael, Ben, and I love to watch the Kansas City Chiefs dominate the football world together, while my older sister, Breanne and I obsess over true crime together. Outside of work, I love to sing, play piano, read true crime books, watch true crime documentaries and spend time with my pets!

After 20+ years of staying home to raise my 8 kids, I am enjoying the challenge of working full time and thoroughly enjoy being part of the Pratt Family Dental team. With a background in teaching, coordinating, communicating, website design and problem solving, I spend my days supporting our awesome providers and staff in all the ways that make their jobs a little easier. If it’s not tooth/mouth related, but has to do with Pratt Family Dental, I’m your girl!

Outside of work, my favorite things are spending time with my husband and most favorite human, Mark, and our children: Abby, Walker, Alyssa, Sadie, Del, Calvin, Denson and Elsie. I also love teaching dance, baking & creating in the kitchen, being at home, puzzles and travel adventures.
