Jacob Welch, Business Office Manager
Jacob Welch was born and raised in Farmington, Utah. After graduating high school, Jacob went on to attend Brigham Young University – Idaho (BYUI) for 1 year. He then went on to serve a 2-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in the Great Ohio Columbus mission.
After returning from his mission in Ohio, Jacob returned to BYUI to complete a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Fluid Dynamics. While at BYUI, Jacob met and married his wife Lisa, and together, they started their family with their first two boys. In 2020 Jacob went to work for the Department of Defense as an Aeronautical Subsystems Engineer. While working for the Department of Defense, Jacob went back to school to get his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise through Louisiana State University Shreveport. While in school getting his master’s, their daughter was born.
In May of 2022, Jacob graduated with his master’s and shortly after accepted a job as the Business Office Manager of Pratt Family Dental. Jacob and his family look forward to becoming a part of the Pratt Community. He feels that he can make an impact on Pratt by being a part of a small business centered on family. It is his goal to inspire others to get better results; to get clear on the reason we do what we do and how much of an effect it has on the desired outcome. It is his goal to increase the efficiency of the Pratt Family Dental business. With this goal he helps employees better enjoy their work environment and helps patients to have a better experience.
In December of 2023, Jacob and Lisa will joyfully welcome their second daughter. Jacob and Lisa will have 2 boys and 2 girls. Jacob and Lisa have come to absolutely love Pratt. Pratt offers many wonderful services and activities. The people of this area are so wonderful and kind. Jacob and Lisa look forward to how they can add to the greatness of this area.

Dental Assistant
My Name is Patty, and I have been a dental assistant with Pratt Family Dental since May 2014. I am certified in nitrous oxide sedation. I enjoy dentistry and being able to help patients feel better about their smiles. My favorite thing about dentistry is the surgery side; Implants, grafting, and full mouth cases. My husband Kyle and I have a son named Dominic and we enjoy spending our free time golfing as well as outdoor activities. Our families and friends take up most of our free time. Dominic keeps us busy with all of his newfound activities. We have multiple pets, 2 dogs Hades and Chapo, as well as 2 goats, a pony, 2 horses, and a cow. (We can’t say no to Dominic, hence the funny farm.) Family is very important to me and that is one of the many reasons why I love working at Pratt Family Dental.
Bree Jones
Dental Hygienist
My name is Bree, and I’ve been working as a Registered Dental Hygienist for Pratt Family Dental since 2012. I joined the practice right out of college after graduating from the dental hygiene program at Johnson County Community College. I have enjoyed serving the Pratt community for the past 10+ years and have developed wonderful relationships with many patients along the way. I strive to provide gentle and thorough dental care for my patients and hope to help educate them to achieve optimal oral health. I met my husband, Brandon, in the dental office, and we keep busy outside of work with our 2 boys, Jaxton and Eli. We look forward to putting our roots down in Pratt and raising our boys in such a wonderful community.
Shelly Glynn

I have been working for Pratt Family Dental as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2017. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Kansas State University in 2010 and continued my education in Dental Hygiene at MATC, graduating in 2012. Along with my Dental Hygiene degree, I am also certified to administer local anesthetic and nitrous oxide sedation. I have been working in Dental Hygiene for 10+ years now. I grew up in Hoisington, KS, and currently live in Great Bend with my husband, Greg, and step-daughter, Cameron. In our free time, we enjoy spending time with family and our Labrador, Layla. We enjoy the outdoors, going camping, and traveling.
Andrea Fisher

I am happy to have joined the Pratt family Dental team in January of 2021. I received my certified dental assisting degree from SATC and worked as an assistant for a year, I fell in love with the dental field and decided to continue my education. In 2010 I graduated from FHTC receiving an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. I have been working as a full time dental hygienist ever since. I enjoy meeting and educating patients on the benefits of good oral hygiene and helping them reach optimal oral health. I strive to help each patient feel that a visit to the dentist can be a positive experience! Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my daughter Bristol and husband Ross on our family farm.

My name is Airam, and I began my journey with Pratt Family Dental as a high school intern, where I discovered my passion for dentistry. Since May 2023, I have been working as a dental assistant and am certified in nitrous oxide sedation. I have a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry. My husband, Samuel, and I are newly married and excited about our future together. In our free time, we enjoy cooking, baking, and working outdoors.

My name is Megan, and I started out at Pratt family Dental in 2017 as a dental assistant before transitioning to a lab tech in 2018. AS a lab technician I specialize in dentures, crowns, bridges, and night guards. My husband Tyler and I have two beautiful children, Leddy and Bow. In our free time, we enjoy hunting, camping, riding horses, and the great outdoors! I am excited for the future of Pratt Family Dental and all the opportunities we will soon bring to you!

My name is Monica, and I have been a dental hygienist at Pratt Family Dental since June of 2023. I was a dental assistant for three years working with Dr. Kunz before continuing my education and graduating from Wichita State University with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. I enjoy building a trusting relationship with my patients and strive to help patients achieve optimal oral health. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Cesar, and our two daughters. Whether its spending time outside, cleaning the house, or even just watching tv together, family time is important to me.

I graduated from Wichita State University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene and have worked full-time as a dental hygienist since June 2013. I started working Mondays at Dr. Hopkins’s office in May of 2017. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Matt, and two children, Myleigh and Zander.
Tianna Chartier

Hi, my name is Tianna Chartier. I am very excited to be a part of the team as a Registered Dental Hygienist at Pratt Family Dental. Currently, I am working three days a week. Before my dental hygiene career I worked with Dr. Hopkins as an assistant. I received a Bachelor’s degree from Fort Hays University, with an emphasis in chemistry. My education continued with dental hygiene school at Colby Community College, which is sanctioned through Northcentral Technical College. I had wonderful instructors and have been practicing under great private practice dentists since 2014. I enjoy learning about my patients and helping create healthy, beautiful smiles. My life stays busy out of the office with my husband, who ranches, and our three growing boys. Ranching, rodeoing, and fishing are some of our favorite things to do!

I am a receptionist and have been with Pratt Family Dental since February of 2022. I have lived in Pratt most of my life. I am happily married to my husband, Ben. We have been married for about 3 and a half years and together for over 5 years. I enjoy spending time with my siblings Emma, Breanne, and Michael. My twin, Emma, and I are best friends and have been since birth. Emma, Michael, Ben, and I love to watch the Kansas City Chiefs dominate the Football world together, while my older sister, Breanne and I obsess over true crime together. Outside of work, I love to sing, play piano, read true crime books, watch true crime documentaries, and spend time with my pets!
Kristen Alderfer
My name is Kristen, and I am a proud graduate of the Wichita State Technical Dental Assisting Program, Class of 2015. I began my career in Wichita, where I worked for two years before joining Pratt Family Dental in August 2018. My passion for dentistry lies in full mouth cases, whether it involves cosmetic procedures, extractions, or dentures. Outside of work, I cherish time with my son, Gabriel, and our dog, Rex. We enjoy spending our summers at the lake and skiing in the winter, as well as taking evening walks together. Gabriel keeps me busy with his enthusiasm for sports, including football, wrestling, basketball, and baseball. I take great pleasure in getting to know my patients and am excited to continue building lasting relationships in the years to come.

My name is Brittaney, and I have been a dental assistant at Pratt Family Dental since July 2023. I am certified in nitrous oxide sedation and have a strong interest in expanding my knowledge of lab work, including crowns, dentures, bridges, and night guards. My husband, Codie, and I are blessed with two wonderful children, Luke and Ellie. I cherish spending time with my family and friends and look forward to a bright future with Pratt Family Dental.
Bailey Christensen
My name is Bailey, and I have been a receptionist at Pratt Family Dental since 2018. My fiancé, Robby, and I are proud parents to our son, Rhett. We also have a dog named Kash. As a family, we enjoy fishing, golfing, and spending quality time outdoors with our friends and loved ones. I look forward to warmly welcoming all our patients at Pratt Family Dental.

My name is Haylie, and I have been a dental assistant for 8.5 years. I joined the Pratt. Family Dental team in 2017 and have since enjoyed being part of this dedicated group.
I am certified in nitrous oxide sedation and have a particular interest in the surgical side of dentistry, including extractions, grafting, and implants. Outside of work, I take great pleasure in cheering on my daughter, Nicole, at her basketball games and exploring new adventures with her in our Razor. I also enjoy playing co-ed softball, taking walks, and relaxing with a good book. My boyfriend, Daylen, and I share our home with two wonderful dogs, Max and Tilley, who bring a lot of joy to our lives. Working at Pratt Family Dental has provided me with a fulfilling work environment that allows me to balance my career with spending quality time with those I care about.
